Cancellation Policy

To cancel your reservation, it must be done no later than one (1) day prior (24hrs) to your appointment date and time. Any cancellation or reschedule made in less than 24 hours will result in a nonrefundable payment. If you cancel outside the term provided, you will lose the appointment payment and will need to process a new payment if you would like to book another appointment. This applies to virtual or in person appointments. If you cancel prior to 24 hours of your appointment you will have up to 3 weeks to reschedule your appointment for full payment transfer. If you don’t reschedule within 3 weeks you will lose the payment. If you need to reschedule, we will move your payment with your appointment up to one (1) time before is forfeited. Rescheduling a second time will result in losing the first deposit and will require a new deposit. The client must contact The Key to Success via email to make any changes to the appointment. Cancellation of appointment the same day, you will lose the payment. If the client does not show up the day of the appointment or does not show up and then contact The Key to Success after the date or time of the appointment the client will lose the payment made. Please make sure you contact The Key to Success via email at Info@thekey2success.org. We respect the time of all our clients, for this reason, we request that you arrive on time for your appointment. We will only grant a ten (10) minute grace period for delay, in the event of major circumstances. Any client who arrives for the appointment after ten (10) minutes of the agreed time, will lose the appointment and the payment made will NOT be refunded.
